The 7 Year Curse?

It is December 1991.

Matt Dunigan has just won the Grey Cup for the Argos (for the second time in almost 40 years), so he goes to GM Mike McCarthy and asks for a raise.

McCarthy derides him, tells him the team got through the playoffs without him and could have won the Cup without him.

Dunigan get really upset and puts a voodoo curse (learned at Louisiana Tech.) on McCarthy.

Since then (for the last 7 years) every team McCarthy has been assoiciated with has finished in last place until this season ... 1998 ... with the Hamilton Tiger Cats.

Did Matt Dunigan really curse McCarthy for 7 years???
