Hamilton Defensive Coach Don Sutherin on what type of player he looks for. "I look for guys who are tough hitters," Sutherin says. "They see the city and how tough the Hamilton people are. I don't like to go back and always make reference to the years I played. But in this modern era, we've got some very, very tough guys. They'll hit you, scratch you and knock you out.
